Refund and Returns Policy

At Goodsuri, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality baby clothing. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the terms outlined below for our return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached.
  • Original Packaging: The item(s) should be returned in the original packaging.
  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, we may not be able to offer a return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift Cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Personalized or Customized Items

3. How to Process a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@goodsuri.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided in the return instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of our error.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@goodsuri.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or full refund.

7. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
